About Medview Airlines
Medview airline is a small airline, whose hub can be found at Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos. The airline was started in 2007, mainly for chartered flights, flying passengers to and from Hajj.
Through 2007 to 2008, Medview continued their Hajj operations. They expanded into flying stranded passengers from inside of Nigeria, flying them to Saudi Arabia, and also flying stranded passengers from Saudi Arabia back to Nigeria.
Since 2012, they have expanded even further and offered passengers flights around Nigeria. They then expanded further and began short and long-haul domestic flights across Nigeria, other parts of Africa, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia.
General Flight Information
Travel Documents
Medview Airlines cannot and will not be held responsible for any missed flights, delays or refunds due to passengers arriving at the airport with incorrect or invalid identification, passports, boarding passes or visas.
When traveling domestically, it is essential that passengers arrive at the airport with a valid form of identification, as well as a valid boarding pass. Without these, the passenger will not be allowed to board the aircraft.
When traveling internationally, passengers must arrive at the airport with a valid passport as well as a valid boarding pass, and any visa/visas that are required to enter the country they are departing for.
Check-In
You are able to check-in at the airport. It is highly recommended that you arrive at least 2 hours before your time of departure to check-in, this is to avoid any delays that could cause you to miss check-in.
You are also able to check-in online. Online check-in opens 24 hours before your time of departure. This is recommended to miss any queues or delays that could result in you missing check-in.
Business Class Lounges
Medview Airlines does not have any Business Class lounges
Domestic Flights
Domestically, Medview Airlines travels to 8 cities across Nigeria. They have regular flights between Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt. The other cities they fly to are Yola, Enugu, Maiduguri, Kano, and Kaduna.
International Flights
Internationally, Medview services 6 countries in Africa, namely Ivory Coast, Guinea, Ghana, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Liberia. They also service Dubai and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, mainly for flights during Hajj.

Medview Airlines Baggage Policy
Checked Baggage
When traveling Economy to domestic locations, you are allowed one piece of checked baggage with a maximum weight of 23 kgs. Economy for regional flights allows one piece with a maximum weight of 30 kgs. Business Class passengers are allowed one piece at 40 kgs for all flights.
Hand/Cabin Baggage
Hand/Cabin baggage allowance is one bag weighing no more than 12 kgs.
Excess Baggage
Excess baggage charges are dependant on which country you are traveling to. Please refer to the Medview website for confirmation of charges.
