Max Air Online Booking | General Flight Information
Managing Your Max Air Booking Online
With Max Air, flight booking online is easy and you have a number of tools at your fingertip to manage your flight. The online booking system on our website, enabling you to do the following:
1. View and print your ticket/booking confirmation.
2. Make changes to your booking.
3. Selecting your personal seat preference.
To make full use of the booking management tools, you will need to provide your surname and booking reference number.
Online Check-in
Using our online check-in portal, passengers can skip queues at the airport by checking in online 24 hours ahead of their flights. During this process, passengers can also select their seats in advance.
Max Air Health Policy
Max Air has a strict policy to ensure all our passengers’ health. They advise customers who have a pre-existing condition to consult their doctors before flying. Additionally, all passengers are required to complete the provided Medical Form (MEDIF) before flights as an extra measure.
Expectant mothers from week 36 will need to provide a clearance certificate from their doctors ahead of being allowed to board.
Travel Documents
All passengers of Max Air need to provide a form of identity at the terminal before their boarding pass is issued, and they are allowed to board the plane.
International passengers are advised to provide their international passports, whereas domestic passengers can provide any other form of valid identification.
Cancelation Policy
Once your booking has been confirmed, you cannot cancel it online. You can call the Max Air reservations office directly or visit your local Max Air offices to cancel your booking.
A penalty fee may be charged when cancelling your booking.

Max Air Baggage Policy
All Max Air passengers are responsible for their own personal baggage at all times. Passengers are allowed a maximum of 20kg for checked baggage and 8kg for carry-on luggage.
In the case of excess baggage, an extra fee will be charged.
