Travel Documents
When traveling internationally, a valid passport is necessary, as well as any relevant VISA’s if applicable.
Check-In
Check-in is done at the relevant counter at the airport in Dusseldorf, Luxembourg, nd Palma de Mallorca. The counters open 75 minutes before departure and close 30 minutes before departure.
Business Class Lounge
If you are in Dusseldorf and flying to Luxembourg, you will be able to access the Lufthansa Business Class Lounge, and if you are flying to Palma de Mallorca, you will be able to access the VIP Lounge.
In Luxembourg, you will be able to access the “The Lounge” at the airport. In Palma de Mallorca, you will be able to access the Sala VIP Valldemossa Business Lounge.

Business Class:

Economy Class:

Cabin/Hand Luggage:
1 piece of hand luggage with a maximum weight of 7 kgs.
Excess Baggage
A penalty is awarded for any baggage that is overweight, and the airline reserves its right to not allow the baggage on board if it is too heavy. Prior arrangements need to be made if you are wanting to travel with oversized cargo.
