General Flight Information

Travel Documents

For domestic flights, ID and proof of flight are needed. Compensation is not given if a flight is missed, or you arrive without the correct paperwork or identification.

For international trips, your passport is needed, as well as the relevant, approved VISA.

There are three ways to check-in. You can check in 24-hours before your flight online. You are able to print or email your boarding pass. If you forget your boarding pass, you can simply go to a BA kiosk and print it out again.

You can check-in via the BA app, once again, being able to save your boarding pass and printing it once at the airport. You are also able to check-in 24 hours before your flight on the mobile app.

If you cannot use either of these methods, you can check-in at the airport using one of the BA kiosks. You will need your formal identification or booking reference number, and your boarding pass will be printed for you.
