About Air Peace
Air Peace is a privately owned Nigerian airline established in 2013. The airline provides passenger and charter services for major Nigerian cities from its headquarters in Lagos.
Ultimately, the airline aims to promote African prosperity by connecting African people, starting in Nigeria, and expanding to West and Central Africa, before conquering the whole continent.
Airlines route network
Air Peace runs domestic flights to many major Nigerian cities, as well as International flights in Africa. With an extensively wide network of domestic routes, Air Peace lands in Benin, Sokoto, Enugu, Owerri, Abuja, Yola, Akure, Uyo, Calabar, Port-Harcourt, Kano, and Lagos.
Furthermore, as an airline priding itself in connecting African people, Air Peace also runs international routes around West and Central Africa. This includes flights landing in Dakar in Senegal, Freetown in Sierra Leone, Accra in Ghana, Monrovia in Liberia, and Banjul in Gambia.
The Air Peace Fleet
The airline has a fleet of 17 aircraft, made up of: Six Boeing 737-300s carrying 148 passengers each; six Boeing 737-500s carrying 128 passengers each; a Boeing 777-500s carrying 266 passengers; three Embraer ERJ 145s carrying 50 passengers; and a Dornier 328-300 carrying 32 passengers.
Check-in and Boarding Policy
Passengers are required to check-in and present themselves at the boarding gate a specified amount of time before their flight. If a passenger fails to do so, he/she may not be able to board the flight. In such cases, a passenger will not be entitled to a refund or compensation.
Online Check-in opens 48 hours before take off, but closes 2 hours before departure. This is when the Air Peace airport check-in counter opens. Passengers can check-in here up to 30 minutes before their flight.
Once checked in, you must proceed to your boarding gate. Passengers who fail to present themselves at the boarding gate 15 minutes before departure may not be able to board their flight.

Checked Baggage
Passengers traveling with Air Peace are given a free checked baggage allowance. Any baggage that exceeds this will be charged an excess baggage fee of NGN 500 per extra kilogram.
On domestic flights, business class passengers are allowed 2 items of checked baggage weighing no more than 40 kg, while economy class passengers are allowed 1 item of checked baggage weighing no more than 20 kg.
On an International flight in Africa, both economy and business class passengers are allowed 2 items of checked baggage. While business class passengers’ checked luggage must weigh no more than 40kg, economy class passengers checked luggage must weigh no more than 30kg.
Cabin or Hand Baggage
Checked baggage are items that follow you into the hold, remaining excessive throughout the flight. Passengers are allowed a handbag, purse, or laptop, as well as a cabin baggage item smaller than 45cm x 33cm x 20cm and weighing no more than 6kg.
Any hand baggage that exceeds the above limitations will be placed with the checked baggage and will count against your free checked baggage allowance.
