Checked Baggage

The allowed baggage is dependent on the class that the passengers are flying in. All baggage being checked in must fit in with the airline’s dimension and weight limits.

Free Baggage Allowance

Economy class passengers may take one piece of luggage not weighing more than 30 kgs. Business class passengers are permitted a baggage weight limit of 40 kgs.

Cabin or Hand Baggage

All passengers, regardless of the class in which they are flying, are permitted to bring one carry-on bag with them. This bag must meet the dimension restrictions of 56 cm long; 45 cm deep; 25 cm wide, wheels and handles included. The bag must also not weigh more than 10 kgs. Passengers travelling with infants may carry on a collapsible stroller as well.

Excess Baggage Fees

All baggage outside of the allowed weight and quantity will be charged at a fee depending on the passengers’ destination and the weight/amount of excess luggage.
